14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. We'll gladly replace it or give you a full refund (less shipping) - whichever you prefer with no restocking fees. Your only cost is the shipping back to us. The following conditions must be met to obtain a full refund:

| • | RestSupplies.com is not responsible for returns or warranty requests for those products purchased by third parties or distributors. |
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as RestSupplies.com can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our location.

Online payment can be provided via Paypal, which includes Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Phone and mail order are also accepted.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day from receipt of order, and approval of credit card. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or back-ordered we will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order if you wish.
